　　Focus on making process related improvements: VA/VE and cost reductions

　　Industrial Engineering analysis: cycle time and layout improvements

　　Oversee equipment upgrades and commissioning

　　Interact with OEM customers and determine root cause of issues related to final product

　　Failure Mode Effects Analysis

　　Root cause analysis per customer related issues

　　MUST HAVES:

　　Bachelors degree

　　5+ years' experience in manufacturing

　　Experience with process improvement

　　Experience in molding, stamping, casting, or similar type of machinery

　　NICE TO HAVES:

　　Plastics industry

　　Automotive industry experience from an OEM or Tier Supplier

　　Experience from a fast paced environment
