Job DescriptionDrive knowhow and best practice exchanges between tire and bladder plants in close cooperation with tire curing & building process teams.Driving continuous process improvement (efficiency, stability) through a global Processing Network.Responsible for bladder production process standardization and optimization initiatives in bladder plants.Responsible for know-how collection & documentation for various processes for bladder production.Support tire plants in bladder related trouble shooting in close cooperation with R&D, Quality and Process counterparts.Support tire plants with bladder cost reduction and bladder lifetime increase initiatives.Support development & coordinate implementation of manufacturing systems in bladder production plants.Additional Information
