  Job Description

  For the HR Manufacturing & Logistics Tires - TMOD (Talent Management & Organizational Development) department, we are looking for a mandatory intern (m/f/diverse) in Hanover-Stöcken for at least 3 months starting as soon as possible.

  We offer exciting insights into the broad spectrum of HR work in a central function: from conceptualizing the content of our globally popular eXplore Manufacturing Tires Graduate Program, to recruiting trainees in the tire plants, to supporting the ongoing program and other topics in the area of Talent Acquisition - in our team you can experience the whole variety of strategic HR topics.

  The tasks include the following activities:

  Supporting the further development and supervision of our international graduate programsPlanning & support during meetings & events, both virtually and in personParticipation in international and cross-divisional projectsClose integration into our global recruiter networkNumerous other interesting activities in the context of strategic HR topicsAdditional Information

  QualificationsStudents of business administration, economics, communication sciences or comparable subjectsIdeally with a focus/specialization in human resourcesConfident handling of MS Office-programsVery good written and spoken English, knowledge of German not essentialHigh level of commitment and flexibilityStrong teamwork and communication skillsPlease remember to attach your current certificate of enrollment and also your current transcripts of records and an extract of certificate for a mandatory internship.
