Position Summary
Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Marketing and Digital Experience, this role serves as the primary contact for all aspects of the organization’s website(s), handling a range of responsibilities that may include routine website and content maintenance, liaising with vendors, and content strategy and updates to ensure sites align with the goals and objectives of all departments as well as the institution overall. You will build relationships and use creativity and technical prowess to help drive results that are tied to business objectives. The Manager, Web & Digitalis responsible for building, managing, maintaining and improving the institutions website.
Responsibilities
Own and lead the strategy for shaping the digital face of the company, the corporate website – msm.edu, the physician practice website – morehousehealthcare.com, as well as our secondary microsites.
Review, upload, edit, and organize web content, including text, images, videos, and documents.
Ensure development, design and content milestones are delivered on time and reported to leadership and facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure requirements and brand standards are met; work with technology teams to problem-solve technical/maintenance issues.
Perform periodic website audits and analysis to measure performance, relevance, accessibility compliance, and competitiveness in the market, and recommend content, design or development updates as needed.
Collect business requirements across business, marketing and communications leadership, and drive the development of a strategic roadmap for web enhancement and planning, including short- and long-term goals and KPIs.
Manage 3rd party contractors to maintain, update, and enhance all owned websites.
Measure ongoing site performance, providing appropriate marketing or content teams with data insights and recommending site updates as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in website administration, maintenance, and multi-site (internet and intranet) management experience through websites, social and other technological media
Demonstrated current experience managing website content updates.
Experience supporting tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
Strong knowledge of website platforms like Modern Campus, Sitecore, Sitefinity, etc.

It is MSM’s Immunization policy that all Prospective Employees are required to provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID -19 prior to commencement of employment. If employment will commence during Flu Season, MSM requires all individuals to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless granted an exemption.
