  The Manager, Virtual Care Excellence is responsible for the growth, optimization, and sustained operations of the ChenMed virtual care quality and patient experience program. The incumbent will design, execute, and manage ongoing quality and customer experience activities, including collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align to organizational performance indicators, quality standards, and priorities.

  ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Champions and spearheads the design and implementation of scalable clinical quality and patient experience initiatives to streamline workflows and optimize outcomes for the virtual care team.

  Partners with clinical managers to translate quality findings into impactful policies and procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal care delivery.

  Leads data-driven initiatives to analyze and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to clinical accuracy, timeliness, patient satisfaction, and access to care

  Implements evidence-based practices and innovative technologies to elevate the quality of virtual care interactions and empower clinicians to deliver optimal patient outcomes

  Fosters a culture of patient-centered care by advocating for patients' voices and ensuring their needs are met throughout the virtual care journey

  Builds and cultivates a high-performing team of virtual care clinicians and support staff, promoting collaboration, professional development, and a commitment to excellence

  Develops and implements effective coaching and mentoring programs to enhance the skills and expertise of the virtual care team

  Creates a positive and supportive work environment that fosters open communication, innovation, and accountability for exceeding patient expectations

  Other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion

  KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  Strategic & tactical Clinical and Business knowledge to guide the organization in regulatory inspections isrequired

  Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are required

  Broad based technical knowledge and skills in diverse areas of clinical operations are preferred

  Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  Ability to effectively negotiate and influence upper management, affiliates and Regulatory Agencies toensure that regulatory and business needs are met are preferred

  Fluent in English, written and oral

  Fluent in Spanish, preferred

  Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:

  Bachelor’s degree or above required

  Graduate of an accredited school or college resulting in clinical licensure (RN, APRN, PharmD, MD, DO, PA, DPT, etc.) required

  Minimum of three (3) years of clinical work experience required. Five to Seven (5-7) years preferred.

  Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare-related quality improvement activities required

  Minimum of two (2) years of virtual care experience strongly preferred

  Experience in developing a quality program in a high growth organization strongly preferred
