What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field 8+ years experience in product, operations, program management or data-driven customer success in a technology company 4+ years experience in leading Product Operations, Product Management or Program Management teams Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and projects with a company-wide impact, including hands-on project management of multiple concurrent projects Proven track record of delivering and influencing product solutions in a product organisation Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, strategic planning, or senior management role within a global company Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders Advanced project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives Experience at a high-growth company, specifically B2B SaaS experience
