　　Description:

　　We are seeking a Manager Data Engineer (Analytics) with 9-13 year of experience to join our Data Platform team. This role will report to the Director of data engineering and be involved in the planning, design, and implementation of our centralized data warehouse solution for Analytics, reporting process and automation/optimization across all the company products.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Work with different teams like Engineering, Product, Operations, BAs to provide Analytics Solution.

　　Manage a team of professionals, providing strategic guidance and direction to ensure their efforts are aligned with the organization's goals across multiple functional areas.

　　Understand business processes, understand the software systems for retrieval, prepping and model data to build a data warehouse for supporting reports and Dashboards.

　　Manage Analytics projects but at the same time the person is expected to be very hands-on technical work.

　　Analyze and propose solutions based on the product needs.

　　Play a key role to improve efficiency of business processes through process re-engineering and redesign.

　　May work in conjunction with outsourcing functions. May lead medium to large projects and act as a Technical Manager.

　　Drive improvements in methodologies. Adheres to company policies and IT governance processes.

　　Hybrid role working from both home and office (Noida).

　　Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge:

　　Master’s / bachelor’s degree with 9-12 yrs of experience in Analytics .

　　Proficient in utilizing one or more modern analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

　　Hands-on experience in writing complex T-SQL queries, SSRS, troubleshooting performance issues, and optimizing query/data model .

　　Good understanding of Data Warehouse and Data Lake concepts .

　　Experience in cloud databases like Azure Synapse analytics, Databricks Delta Lake Snowflake etc.

　　Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of professionals.
