Overview
The CBFS Services Manager is responsible for all operational aspects of CBFS Contract Installations, Service Programs, Preventative Maintenance Programs and Service Related Support Programs. The position is responsible for creating service strategies needed to support the contract CBFS business objectives, supporting all special order CBFS requirements, ultimate ownership of all related service processes needed to achieve the contract CBFS business objectives, as well as development and implementation of those programs. The CBFS Service Manager will leads process improvement within their respective service team and programs. Reduce costs by streamlining processes and enable his/her associates to focus on activities that matter most to our customers and the overall success of the CBFS contract strategy.
The CBFS Service Manager will be actively involved with setting the strategic direction of the CBFS service business with the Director of CBFS Service & Operations as well as the appropriately aligned supply chain organization, while keeping alignment of the overall objectives of Office Depot contract sales division. This position also is responsible for communicating CBFS service strategies to the appropriate level of management throughout Office Depot. This position is accountable for the successful implementation and execution of all CBFS service strategies that will have direct impact on our contract CBFS business.
Primary Responsibility:
Work closely with the Director of Services & Operations, CBFS to create and implement the short and long term goals of Office Depot CBFS Contract. Interface as needed with cross functional leaders within all areas of Office Depot to achieve the overall service and special order CBFS contract business objectives. Participate in supervisor assigned internal advisory committees to influence outcomes that that will benefit the growth of CBFS service and support within Office Depot.
Manage,direct and develop service staff, including selection, ongoing training, performance management and project management. Manage service project coodinators and service plan specialists day to day service & operational activities. Oversee and ensure staff reach and exceed objectives and expectations along with the overall CBFS service strategic direction.
Partner with supply chain operations team to properly align resources to meet CBFS Sales and Customer expectations. Influence, strategize, and assist with implementing CBFS service support. Partner with CBFS senior leadership team to maximize operational resources to ensure full utilization of service associates, while managing overall headcount to ensure a profitable return resources. Perform and coordinate special projects as assigned.
Ensure consistent processes are implemented and adhered to throughout the CBFS service and special order contract organization. Strategizes coverage models or team configurations with senior CBFS leadership team in order to raise results and productivity. Influences change management processes to build organizational understanding of proposed changes, establishes support from key CBFS leadership stakeholders and assists with new deployment and job models. Develop new and emerging market solutions and processes that will enable CBFS Sales and Service Operations to execute efficiently and profitably. Continue to refine activities that can be centralized within the CBFS Services organization from the field to enable field associates to support sales activities and continually increase sales.
Prioritizes & sets strategic direction for investment in enabling service resources and challenges current service structural environment to raise the productivity within CBFS service operations. Drive problem resolution between special order requests and Office Depot non-code groups to create appropriate solutions for supporting the sales of special order contract CBFS. Partner with CBFS senior leadership to establish strategic direction for all service programs throughout Office Depot CBFS Contract Division.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Type of experience:
Contract Breakroom and services industry and experience managing service-related systems and applications. Installation, Break Fix and subscription delivery model.

Standardization, content writing and editing, proofreading and grammar skills.

Extensive travel required.

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule
Compensation Range = Minimum: $82,900.00 to Maximum: $137,650.00 (for Salaried/Exempt roles)
