　　Job Location: Mission, KS

　　Job Summary: The revenue accounting manager role is part of the Financeteam and responsible for managing the daily activities and staff of therevenue accounting activities including but not limited to contractbilling, collections, customer setup and revenue close processes.

　　Reporting Relationship: Director, Financial Reporting and Compliance

　　Schedule: Generally, Monday through Friday, 8am 5pm. Core departmenthours are 10 am 4 pm which allows flexibility in determining yourindividual work schedule. This is not a work from home job.

　　Regular attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptProLLC. Additional hours will be required on occasion with activities suchas month-end close and the annual financial audit.

　　Scope of the Role:

　　Manage Accounts Receivable department including hiring, training, anddevelopment of staff

　　Review contracts and assist in developing and managing the contractbilling processes

　　Oversee customer setups

　　Work with Contract Administration, Project Managers, and other internalcustomers to ensure timely and accurate billings

　　Compute commissions relating to certain billings

　　Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts relating to revenue

　　Assist with implementation of new credit card processor

　　Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes

　　Inter-company receivable processing and reconciliation

　　Assist with annual financial audit

　　Other duties and responsibilities as needed

　　Education and Experience Requirements:

　　5+ years accounting responsibility showing increased responsibility

　　Bachelors degree preferably in business administration

　　Experience with foreign currency financial transactions

　　Oracle and Siebel experience a plus

　　Expertise in Microsoft Office required

　　Strong analytical skills

　　Must be organized, detail oriented and work as a team player

　　Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively work with alllevels of the organization

　　Working Conditions: This position operates in an office environment.Routine use of standard office equipment is required. Must be able touse a computer for extended periods of time. Regularly required to sit,use hands and fingers, and expected to occasionally lift, stoop, bend,and reach. Ability to learn and solve practical problems and interpret avariety of instructions is required.
