About Manager, Quality Assurance- All Suites

  *** This is a remote position with a preferred candidate located in the Northwestern US (WA, OR, MT, ID, WY) or Southwestern US (AZ, UT, CO) ***

  This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brand Operations team that works to ensure that Hotel owners and General Managers have the tools and resources that they need to be successful. As a Quality Assurance Manager on the Quality Assurance (QA) team reporting to the Senior Director of QA, you will visit 100 hotels in your territory and will evaluate and conduct inspections of designated hotels. Your main duty is to protect the integrity of the brands inspected in terms of cleanliness, condition, guest safety, and brand standards.

  HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

  What your day-to-day will be like:

  Perform routine Quality Assurance evaluationsAddress inquiries and communications made internally, both verbally and in written communicationsHow you will collaborate with others:

  Communicate with Quality Auditors, Area Managers in QA, Sr. Directors, Vice President of QA, Brand teams, Design and Construction, and Human Resources to answer inquiries about brand standard compliance, QA, brand protocol, procedures, and Improvement PlansWhat projects you will take ownership of:

  Monitor expenses incurred from travel completed/scheduled, both based on monthly and yearly goalsCoordinate upcoming activities such as travel plans and hotel scheduling, ensuring downtime work is completed and submitted by established deadlinesWHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

  You have these minimum qualifications:

  Five (5) years of management experienceThree (3) years of experience as a General Manager, Executive Committee Member, or Director in a Full Service HotelValid Driver's licenseTravel up to 90%It would be useful if you have:

  Fluency in a foreign languageFood Safety CertificationExperience managing multiple hotels at onceWorking knowledge of product replacement cycles, renovations and physical upgradesAbility to resolve potential conflicts/issues with general managers, owners, and/or internal customers while upholding the integrity of the brandExcellent project management skillsWHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON
