　　Position Summary

　　Coordinates the implementation of new and complex renewals of National Accounts and Public & Labor plans. The candidate will work both internally and externally with brokers and clients to successfully manage the transition of health and welfare benefits. The IM provides focused service from pre-sale consultation through initial post-sale client administration fostering strong, long-term partnerships with customers and consulting community.

　　Required Qualifications

　　• Project management and leadership experience.

　　• Up to 3 years of collaborating with external customers (Plan sponsors, Brokers etc.)

　　• Up to 3 years of collaborating with internal team members and peers in other functional areas (Sales, Underwriting , Enrollment, AR, Claims, etc.)

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　• 5+ years healthcare industry experience.

　　• 3+ years in depth knowledge of Aetna's spectrum of products, services and system

　　Education

　　Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience

　　Pay Range

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$63,300.00 - $136,500.00

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
