Eaton's FFD Fluid Filtration Division division is currently seeking a Senior Project Coordinator. This is a (3 days in office/2 days remote) hybrid position will be based at our Chanhassen, MN location.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $77249.97 - $113299.96 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

The Senior Project Coordinator will primarily support customers, distributors, and sales representative organizations by promptly handling all complex engineered project orders submitted for the filtration product lines. These orders are technically and administratively complex, often require interaction with the customer and require consistent administration that ranges from weeks to months from the time an order is received until it is shipped. Most of these project orders require meetings with multiple parties to ensure complete understanding of Eaton's scope of work.
What you'll do:
Perform all standard customer service responsibilities such as order entry, expediting, credits/RMA's, proof of delivery, etc.Act as the primary interface with the customer expeditors and coordinates all aspects of the order between the customer and manufacturing. Keep management aware of any potential problems. Review all orders upon receipt for compliance to the quotation and standard terms and conditions. Responsible for understanding and administering all the technical and commercial requirements of the order.Immediately advise customer and representative of any conflict and begins resolution.Attend departmental meetings with Engineering and Manufacturing to provide insight into priorities and prepares reports for management showing status of each project job. Elevate any potential issues to immediate supervisor.Review production schedules covering all phases of the order through Engineering, Credit and Manufacturing with the customer. Ensure all orders stay on schedule and/or advises supervisor of potential delays and communicates with the customer. Schedule customer meetings during the initial order review, during the drawing approval process as well as during the manufacturing portion of the job.Advise the Technical Sales team when customer changes have been made during the drawing approval process and assists in determining when these changes require corresponding price adjustment.Prepare Installation, Operation and Maintenance manuals for assigned projects as required. These range from standard pre-prepared documents to highly detailed, technical manuals; also provides Quality documentation to Eaton Representatives and others as necessary.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience in an industrial or engineering industry.No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of the Chanhassen, MN facility will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Preferred Qualifications:
A solid understanding of the filtration product line, a working knowledge of MFG/PRO, MS Word, MS Project. An understanding of Engineering and manufacturing processes and timing helpful as well as excellent written and verbal skills to deal effectively with customers.
