　　Job Description:

　　L3Harris is currently seeking an experienced Program Manager for Spaceport Systems Integration (SSI) programs at Vandenberg SFB, CA. SSI supports multiple government and commercial payload processing and launch vehicle integration activities in a secure environment.

　　Essential Functions:

　　• Lead, successfully integrate, and execute payload processing and launch vehicle integration missions, facility recapitalization projects, and facility capability expansion projects• Direct the responsibilities and activities of the program team including program management, systems engineering, communications and IT, mission operations, facilities management, security, environmental health and safety, and contracts/financial/supply chain support functions• Provide strategic direction, set priorities, and resolve day-to-day issues to deliver schedule and budget• Perform risk/issue assessments, tracking, resolution, escalation, and closeout to ensure satisfactory program performance• Develop innovative solutions to resolve difficult program challenges including cost, schedule, and technical performance• Oversee and manage subcontractor activities and deliverables• Lead preparations of bids, proposals, studies, and deliverables• Develop and lead internal and external program management reviews

　　Qualifications:

　　• Active Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience

　　Preferred Additional Skills:

　　• Master’s Degree (MS) in engineering• Ability to work within a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team environment to complete contractual commitments• Strong presentation skills• Ability to accommodate multiple projects• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills• Experience with customer interfacing, launch site processing, and National Security aerospace programs

　　In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $120,000 - $223,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
