Manager, Process Management, Support Services (Hybrid)

As a Manager, Process Management, Support Services , you will lead a team of process managers in delivering flawlessly executed processes that improve business efficiency and drive results. You will create and modify processes while collaborating with smart and passionate leaders to influence results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line. You will help to build and monitor a data and access management structure for the Supplier Partner Operations team that enables this group to identify trends, measure effectiveness and install necessary benchmarks or thresholds to ensure data integrity. You will educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution each time.

We are seeking dedicated, disciplined, process professionals who excel in a team environment and are experts in process improvement, access and data management. This individual will have demonstrated that they have the ability to create and improve company processes in the past, resulting in saving time and resources for the company. This individual must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners across the company and across multiple levels of the organization. Strong data management, analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment are essential to succeeding in this role. This individual must display strong leadership skills and be able to drive and motivate a team in delivering flawless execution of data management and process improvement projects.

General Responsibilities:

Creating and validating processes

Designing and producing metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness

Driving process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes

Access Management Audit to include risk oversight

Analyzing, identifying, and correcting data issues with systems used or owned by a department

Providing subject matter expertise on data and/or processes when representing the department in projects and other meetings

Managing and leading a team of associates

Location: This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to spend 3 days per week working in office and the remainder of the week working virtually.

The associate will be traveling to visit international sites. The associate will be expected to travel an average of 10-15% of the time.

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

At least 2 years of experience in people management

At least 3 years of experience in process management

At least 3 years of experience in data management

At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

At least 2 years of experience in risk management, compliance or audit

At least 4 years of experience in process management

At least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams within an organization

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $126,700 - $144,600 for Manager, Process Management

Richmond, VA: $115,200 - $131,500 for Manager, Process Management

Wilmington, DE: $115,200 - $131,500 for Manager, Process Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
