Robert Half is seeking a meticulous and organized Contract Entry Specialist for our client based in Midtown. This individual will be assisting the team by entering contract details into a royalty system (IPN).

This role requires a candidate with strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and demonstrates excellent time management skills.

Job Title: Contract Entry Specialist

Location: Hybrid role based out of Midtown

Salary: $32 per hour

Hours: Full-time (40 hours a week)

Responsibilities:

Accurately input contract details into the IPN system

Review contracts for accuracy and discrepancies

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure data integrity

Adhere to company standards and protocols

Qualifications:

Proven experience in data entry or similar position

Familiarity with IPN system would be a plus

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

High degree of attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Requirements • Proficient in 3M software

• Able to utilize Adobe Acrobat effectively

• Experience with Avaya CMS is required

• Skilled in the creation and management of Banner Ads

• Knowledgeable in a variety of Business Systems

• Capable of handling and processing Amendments in contracts

• Demonstrated skills in Auditing contract compliance and performance

• Proficiency in Billing Functions related to contract management

• Experience in Claim Administration is necessary

• Understanding of Clinical Trial Operations is a must
