Manager, Process Management, Supplier Strategy Transformation (Hybrid)

As a Manager, Process Management, Supplier Strategy Transformation , you will be responsible for creating a strategic framework focused on establishing and growing our community impact, involvement and culture workstream. You will be expected to deliver flawlessly executed processes that improve business experience and drive results. You will create and modify processes while collaborating with smart and passionate leaders to influence results that have a direct impact on the organization's culture as well as the communities in which we work. In addition, you will educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the framework and its implementation.

We are seeking dedicated, disciplined, process professionals who excel in a team environment and are experts in process and strategy development and deployment. This individual must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners across the company and across multiple levels of the organization. Strong data management, analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment are essential to succeeding in this role. This individual must display strong leadership skills and be able to drive and motivate peers in delivering flawless execution of projects that support our culture and community involvement imperatives.

General Responsibilities:

Creating and validating processes

Developing and deploying community involvement strategie

Create an internal strategy to establish a culture of inclusion, belonging and development

Location: This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to spend 3 days per week working in office and the remainder of the week working virtually.

The associate will be traveling to visit international sites. The associate will be expected to travel an average of 10-15% of the time.

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

At least 2 years of experience in people management

At least 3 years of experience in process management

At least 3 years of experience in data management

At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

At least 2 years of experience in risk management, compliance or audit

At least 4 years of experience in process management

At least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams within an organization

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $126,700 - $144,600 for Manager, Process Management

Richmond, VA: $115,200 - $131,500 for Manager, Process Management

Wilmington, DE: $115,200 - $131,500 for Manager, Process Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
