Job Overview:This position will be a driving force in designing, implementing and managing After Hours Care for the organization. She/he will offer administrative and technical support to all sites and also manage special projects as assigned. This position will represent TriHealth in both internal and external venues, building relationships with vendors, community resources, customers, physicians and other departments within TriHealth. The position will oversee center location and design as the business grows. The position will be responsible for the budgeting and management of multiple sites.The position will demonstrate and model the highest Service Excellence and customer service standards. The position is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling and staffing the After Hours Care businesses in conjunction with the Medical Director. This individual facilitates communication among office staff, TPEC physicians/practices, lab and x-ray staff, community referring physicians and TriHealth as a whole, and provides input and direction to customer outreach/marketing plans. Efforts are concentrated on providing an efficiently running office that offers quality service to the patients. This individual designs and operates billing and cash collections processes. This individual is responsible for continuous improvement for all QI, EMR, safety, revenue, expense and HR processes. This position is responsible for physician, staff and group operations ensuring that the Mission and Vision of the division and TriHealth are integral components of the culture of the practice. Onboards acquisitions as they occur. Works with physician practices on processes, procedures along with implementation of work flows. Serves as business line representative for cross departmental improvement effforts within TriHealthInsures physician compliance in disease management and wellness protocols by directing the site manager and clinical and non-clinical staff to initiate the protocols for tests needed and prevention per the TPEC QI Committee developed protocols. MonitorsDemonstrates Service Excellence Standards established for the company/site. Develops/implements service excellence improvement plans based on patient survey feedback. Ties service excellence to the quality plan. Displays survey results in internal areaFiscally responsible for all assigned sites. Prepares annual budget in conjunction with Medical Director. Monitors budgetary compliance each month. Engages the expertise within and outside TriHealth for all site business plans, expansions and closures.Actively provides information in order to coordinate with other areas of TriHealth as needed. Has thorough understanding of credentialing and recredentialing process. Maintains readily available files on each physician's status. Works i
