GENERAL FUNCTION
This position is responsible for account management and frame replenishment for Pearle Vision franchise locations. This person will provide exceptional and timely service for Franchisees, Field Management team, and the Pearle Vision Leadership Team.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage frame replenishment and account management of hundreds of eyecare centers.
Service and respond to eyecare centers, field management, and Leadership inquiries regarding frame inventory and assortments.
Research and resolve issues primarily with supply chain, IT and master data in a timely manner.
Manage and support physical inventories and recalls.
Proficient knowledge and utilization of systems and software within area of responsibility (primarily SAP and Oracle)
Maintain continuous improvement mindset and proactively identify, review, and implement process improvements.
Comply with established company internal controls.
Assume additional responsibilities and assist with special projects.
Oral and written communication with Pearle Planning team, Pearle Vision Store Operations, Field Management team, Pearle Vision Leadership Team, and External Franchisees.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5+ years’ work experience in retail allocation and planning
Self-starter who is willing to “roll up the sleeves” to advance project work
Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously to meet stringent deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in ambiguity using sound judgment and critical thinking/strategic skills to provide innovative solutions.
Understanding of SAP
Strong oral and written communication skills
Customer service-oriented
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
Travel required: visiting existing stores, new store openings, and cross-functioning offices.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Wholesale experience a plus.Pay Range: 91,822.50 - 133513.97
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
