The Team:

This is a key position to support the function of Order Management. Timely and accurate invoicing is a key part that leads to revenue generation.

The Impact:

With Order Management, no day is a dull day. This is a critical and vigorous position that requires one to understand various applications such as SalesForce CPQ, Vertex and SAP. Hands on experience required with Excel, Tableau, Power BI and any other reporting tools.

What’s in it for you:

One will be responsible for managing people, processes, workflow and ensure that SLAs are met. Close coordination is required with leaders across other locations as well as partner teams such as Commercial, Cash Applications, Tax, Collections, Technology etc. to run the operations successfully.

Responsibilities:

Adherence to Order Management culture and processes.

People management which would include goal setting, weekly meetings, and performance reviews.

Process management

Workflow management

Stay on top of emails and workflow. Ensure that escalations are handled in most timely manner and complete resolution is provided.

Generate and implement ideas related to automation, process improvements and system enhancements.
