The Manager of Portfolio Management Solutions will build and lead the Orion Advisor Solutions system support team for our Private Wealth Management division. In this role you will be responsible for providing high level service delivery of Orion Advisor Solutions software reporting for client-facing individuals such as Investment Advisors, Financial Planners, and Investment Associates and solutions for partners, such as Traders, Portfolio Managers and Compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide leadership in leveraging the Orion platform within the Wealth Division for operational effectiveness, efficiency and performance.Develop consistent, standardized processes and procedures for portfolio reporting to meet Audit, compliance and regulatory standards.Act as a change agent for the RIA by challenging the effectiveness and quality of existing programs and processes and driving a continuous improvement culture.Manage the integration of multiple portfolio management business units, ensuring streamlined business processes resultant in improved data integrity and ability to track organizational health.Manage a team of reporting professionals, provide feedback, and coach their development.Develop procedures for client onboarding and setup, system setup and configuration, and asset set-up and classifications.Administer complex and precise processes in support of client and partner needs, identifying and implementing process improvement ideas.Contribute to Division initiatives (systems conversions, projects, etc.).Maintain the integrity of the client data.Participate in the evaluation of technology partners and the potential interface with the Orion platform.Liaise with vendor partners for enhancements, and system and data issues.Partner with technology teams to manage data feeds and API's with other financial software applications.Develop an in-house Orion training program to increase technical capability of system usersCreate custom reports based on client-specific needsProactively anticipate the needs of the team and help them stay ahead of compliance requirements, internal requests and preparing for meetings.Minimum Requirements:
7+ years of experience on the Orion platform at a fintech firm, RIA, Bank Wealth Management Division or broker/dealer demonstrating analytical and leadership skills.Bachelor's Degree required.Must have extensive knowledge, understanding and application of custodian platforms and investment principles, portfolio performance measures, securities processing and clearing; portfolio and client management systems.Must have excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.Must have an innate ability to question outcomes and manage quality control, notice discrepancies, inaccurate and incomplete data.Must have strong oral and written communication skills.Must be a change agent and define and resolve problems.Must be able to juggle priorities and be organized.Must be initiative and the ability to complete assigned tasks efficiently and with little supervision.Must have no disclosures on Form U4.WSFS Bank is inclusive and supportive of individual needs.
