　　The Instructional Design Lead is a production-based role. Working with a Project Sponsor, appropriate candidate will be responsible for leading projects, both as an individual contributor and/or with a team of other instructional designers, through the instructional design process which includes all phases of the ADDIE model (analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate). They will manage their own work and the work of other Instructional Designer associates and/or contractors. Samples of past work via portfolio and/or personal website, are appreciated. MUST provide past work samples. 100% Remote Qualifications:

　　In depth knowledge of instructional design skills and adult learning theories

　　Ability to prioritize work and complete in a timely manner

　　Written and verbal communication

　　Detail orientation, organizational, time management, and multi-tasking

　　Learning agility, as required for work assignments

　　Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of remote teams

　　Ability to lead projects of low to moderate complexity, including change management

　　Ability to effectively plan and oversee the work of others

　　Demonstrates initiative by identifying issues and recommending solutions

　　Nice to have:

　　Captivate

　　Adobe Audition, Illustrator, and Photoshop

　　Experience recording and editing audio

　　Ability to lead instructional design project team associates as they complete all phases in the ADDIE process, including change management.

　　Skilled in all phases of the ADDIE model

　　Ability to develop in various modalities: e.g., ILT/VILT, eLearning, self-paced, & asynchronous digital classroom

　　Development technical skills, including tools such as Articulate 360 - Storyline and Rise, and Camtasia

　　Assessment/Test design and development

　　Microsoft Office 365 Suite (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
