Job Title: Manager of Customer Data and MarTech
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Onsite 4-5 days per week)
Salary: $165,000 - $175,000 per year + Bonus + Company-provided vehicle at no cost
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager of Customer Data and MarTech to join our dynamic team based in Los Angeles. As the Manager, you will lead multiple teams responsible for the Customer Data platform and MarTech roadmap. This is an onsite position, requiring your presence in the office 4-5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 20 direct and indirect reports.
Oversee a budget of up to $5 million, ensuring effective financial management.
Drive strategic initiatives across the Consumer Applications Department.
Provide leadership in the transition from Waterfall to Agile SAFe methodologies.
Collaborate with business partners to understand and align technology initiatives with business outcomes.
Possess a good understanding of marketing disciplines, including customer segmentation, social media, paid media, lead generation, and search engine optimization.
Work with large-scale transactional and/or customer-facing B2C applications.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
Budget management experience up to $5 million.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), preference management, data unification, Master Data Management (MDM), Customer Data Platforms (CDP), customer data protection, privacy principles, and campaign marketing tools.
Working knowledge of tools such as Adobe Analytics, Qualtrics, OneTrust, Enterprise Customer Data Platform, Amplitude (Google Tag Manager), and Tableau.
Familiarity with Digital selling, preference and consent management, cookies, loyalties, and leveraging customer data for marketing initiatives.
Agile SAFe and Waterfall methodologies experience.
