Additionalattributes include being organized, having professionally constructivewritten and verbal communication skills, forward-thinking mindset, andstrong cross functional team skills.Job Description: POSITION DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES The Manager is specifically responsible for: 1.0Organizational Strategy and Implementation -- Understanding markettrends and the impact on their AOR, contributing to AOR strategic andoperational plans, translating these plans, and ensuring theunderstanding, alignment and commitment of AOR staff. 2.0 FiscalManagement -- Effectively using established processes to ensureaccountability for effective operations and resource management. 3.0Human Resource Management -- Effectively using established processesto: select, align, engage, develop, manage, and retain a team of highlyskilled staff. 4.0 Excellence in Service and Clinical Quality --Achieving seamless delivery of quality patient care and safety,excellence in patient experience and customer service. 5.0Organizational Leadership -- Providing leadership and accomplishingobjectives by ensuring the integration of processes and initiativeswhile modeling collaboration. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES OrganizationalStrategy and Implementation 1.1 Collaborates with Division/Teamleadership to understand external market financial, economic, andindustry data, identifying market opportunities and threats. 1.2Provides leadership and actively contributes to the design andimplementation of clinically and fiscally responsive program goals andobjectives for their AOR. 1.3 Formulates recommendations for AORcontinuous improvement taking into account market demands, regulatorystandards, and changes in clinical practice. 1.4 Establishes clearperformance standards for their AOR, and monitors established managementsystems to ensure that cost effectiveness and continuous qualityimprovement forms the basis for all activities. 1.5 Collaborates withmanagement to ensure that resources are prioritized and in place (i.e.,staff, facilities, equipment, supplies, technology, data, and...
