　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　The Nurse Manager ER ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the department. The Nurse Manager ER also monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

　　What qualifications you will need:

　　Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required

　　Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation. (if compact licensure must change primary state of residence within 90 days) required

　　BLS, ACLS & PALS as approved by policy required

　　Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) (within 3 months) required

　　TNCC (within 12 months) required

　　5+ years of clinical nursing experience required

　　1+ years of Charge RN experience required
