About Manager, Media Marketing - Spectrum Reach

  SUMMARY

  This role acts as one of the day-to-day leads for the Spectrum Reach integrated media team to develop, execute and optimize full-funnel B2B media campaigns reaching multiple target audiences.

  Will work across multiple media disciplines including: video, digital, programmatic, audio, OOH, sponsored content and more. This role should fully understand the B2B media landscape to ensure effective investments with our media partners and media campaigns that deliver on our marketing + business objectives.

  DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Manage campaign activation, helping to lead + grow our brand by further establishing our leadership position and SR to be viewed as one of the best brands to work with.Demonstrate negotiation skills, prioritizing what's best for our business + ensuring mutually beneficial external media partnershipsCurious + continuously experimenting/investigating unique opportunities to reach our target audience, provide personal POV/recommendation, and options to enhance our campaigns/ways of working.Manage digital, direct, social and linear/streaming campaigns, leveraging performance data as well as customer insights and market feedback to optimize campaign performanceCreate timelines to help manage deadlines + time managementCommunicate + partner with various internal teams to foster strong + cooperative relationships, sharing insights across departments, + considering the impact of decisions on overall performanceUtilize analytical skills/data-driven approach to proactively dive into performance + be prepared to solve problems outside the box to optimize campaigns and performanceManage media spend + pacing to align with business goals; develop budget recommendationsPerforms other duties as required

  QUALIFICATIONS

  Experience in developing and implementing media campaigns that drive qualified site traffic and create impactful engagementProven experience in building paid digital advertising campaigns direct-to-platform in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn AdsStrong media + financial acumen, including budgets, expenditures, and research/tool recommendationsStrong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision makingEffective approach to managing media vendors and internal stakeholders across marketing disciplines that build results and a positive, collaborative cultureExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in MS Office Suite, Salesforce, GA4, Google Ads, CM360, etc to contribute data input across various toolsExperience with buy-side Ad Server implementation and campaign traffickingAbility to handle multiple campaigns, projects and tasksExperience in Tableau and Alteryx a plus but not required

  EDUCATION

  Bachelor´s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience

  REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

  Marketing experience - 5+Management experience in sales and marketing environment - 2+
