How will you make an impact?
This role is responsible for leading the transformation of business strategy into regionally relevant and inspiring marketing that creates customer value, revenue and growth for our reproductive health business by using 2 distinct technologies which are microarray and NGS. This is done by driving regional marketing activities with efficient management and execution at local levels across Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ).
The role will partner with global market development to deliver campaigns that are region and territory/country applicable, partner with territory/country marketing teams to assist in regional adaptations and drive the development/execution of campaign activities to develop our market presence and penetration.
This will be achieved by:
Determine the specific needs of the region based on market analysis, customer needs and potential areas for growth and using to influence global strategy by being the expert partner.
Develop regionalized APJ strategies and marketing programs to resonate with the target audience and drive growth.
Streamline marketing processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Utilize detailed analysis to define appropriate actions and report reproductive health performance.
Build influential networks within global, regional, and territory-level reproductive health commercial and marketing teams.
Champion customer-centric marketing activities, supporting cross-functional campaigns.
Conduct market research to provide key insights and drive practical business outcomes.
Marketing Metrics:
Track and analyze regional market performance consistently and on time, adapting plans as needed to meet objectives.
Ensure all campaigns are completed on time, aligning with the strategy and performance expectations.
Measure customer-centric metrics such as Region Market Share, Retention, and Acquisition Growth.

Personal Skills, Experience and Requirements
10+ years of experience in successful marketing strategy development and implementation.
Proven track record of successful marketing plans and revenue achievement.
Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
Respects, understands, and values individual differences to achieve the vision and mission of the organization. Treats all people with dignity.
Ability to travel overseas (30%).
