We are seeking a stellar compliance manager with operational experience in internet service provider (ISP)/telecom obligations to join the ISP Compliance team supporting Amazon's Project Kuiper.Amazon's Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about technology, enjoys being continually challenged, and demonstrates sound judgment even in ambiguous situations.Key job responsibilitiesWorking closely with Kuiper legal, finance, governance, and business teams, you will develop out-of-this-world strategies for monitoring compliance obligations in creative, business-centric ways that allow Kuiper to move quickly.You will manage a team of 5 or more industry compliance specialists working closely with various teams to create, run, and critically assess operational controls on ISP compliance obligations. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding established test performance and audit standards, and you will provide key insights to leadership regarding key risks and controls.This position may be based in Redmond, WA, or Arlington, VA. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $198,300/year in our highest geographic market.
