Aerotek has IMMEDIATE openings for Production Workers with a growing manufacturing facility in Thornton, CO. Join a dynamic production team and contribute to a seamless manufacturing process in a role that promises long-term opportunities and career growth.

　　In this role, you will work in groups of 2 - 3 team members, engaging with both automated and manual machinery to fill, cap, and box products. You will be part of a cohesive unit, rotating stations but generally moving with the same team to package finished goods, print labels, assist with pot changes, and palletize boxed goods for shipment. Candidates MUST be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

　　No production experience? We provide on-the-job training! Experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply!

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Machine set up

　　Fill bottles or other product containers using tube filling machines

　　Cap bottles

　　Ensure products meet high-quality standards

　　Package finished goods

　　Print labels

　　Palletize finished boxed goods for shipment

　　Qualifications:

　　No experience needed

　　Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

　　Ability to consistently lift or move items up to 50lbs.

　　Capability to stand for 8-10 hours a day.

　　Ability to work with hands and arms

　　Flexibility to rotate through different stations and adapt to various tasks.

　　Teamwork and the ability to work well with a consistent group.

　　Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

　　Ability to work mandatory overtime on Fridays

　　Shift & Pay:

　　1st Shift: Monday to Thursday 5AM - 3:30PM - $19/hr

　　2nd Shift: Monday to Thursday 3PM - 1:30AM - $21/hr

　　* 8 hours of mandatory overtime on FRIDAYS required * - 48 hours/week is expected.
