This position will also own GIS tactical and strategicRoadmaps and GIS Architecture framework. This role is an onsite role inRacine, WI Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Develop andmaintain the program\'s information security architecture framework,standards, and roadmap in S.C. Johnson\'s information security strategy.* Lead development, documentation, and socialization of securitypatterns to drive simplification, standardization, and implementationprocess consistency * Promote governing principles that ensure securitycontrol function isolation from execution layer * Overseeimplementation of information security architecture patterns, componentsand services , its alignment with business goals, risk tolerances, andregulatory compliance requirements * Act as a technical advisor andsubject matter expert to the program\'s stakeholders and partners *Develop security requirements across security domains with the goal ofbalanced protection of information systems assets, corporate data,business process continuity and intellectual property based onenterprise security standards and enterprise risk appetite * Documentformal project artifacts - business requirements, high-levelarchitecture/design documentation, low-level architecture/designdocumentation * Provide general security support and consultingthroughout the engagement * Manage security control capability maturitymodel * Focus on end user productivity, automation opportunities andquality of supporting documentation SC Johnson\'s total compensationpackages are at or above industry levels.
