　　Job Description

　　AECOM’s Design, Planning and Economics practice has been a guiding force in land-based planning, providing services in strategic planning, master planning & urban design, landscape design, tourism planning, economics consulting and development consultancy for various types and scale of development projects. We have led and taken part in various integrated, multi-disciplinary planning and engineering feasibility studies, detailed planning and design for new town or urban development, urban renewal, waterfront and public realm, as well as themed, mixed use and business infrastructure development projects in Hong Kong and overseas for both public and private clients.

　　To cope with our business development, we are now looking for high calibre individuals to join our Hong Kong office. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team of talented planners and designers. 　　Qualifications

　　A degree in Urban Planning / Urban Design / Landscape / Architectural Design, or other related fields

　　A minimum of 5 years postgraduate experience in the urban planning, urban design or related field (applicants will less experience will be considered for other level positions)

　　Membership / Qualification in Hong Kong Institution of Planners / Hong Kong Institute of Urban Designers, or equivalent

　　For Senior positions, experience in the project management/team leadership of multi-disciplinary planning and urban design projects

　　Passion and knowledge in urban development in Hong Kong and Mainland China

　　A proactive approach, good analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure and to meet critical project deadlines

　　Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills to manage Projects

　　Good written and spoken English, fluent in Putonghua and good written Chinese beneficial

　　Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office, Sketch up, and other relevant design/presentation software

　　Knowledge of 3D Studio Max or other 3D software an advantage.
