Job Responsibilities:

　　Responsible for managing the overall process of seasonal sweater yarn that meet designer's aesthetic vision while balancing quality, cost and speedApproach new material sourcing in sweater yarn focus on newness, sustainability and circularityOversee yarn testing and ensure mills understand expectations and communicate as needed to internal departments to ensure final garment qualityFind the right materials according to calendar timelines, target prices, sourcing policy and quality standardsProactively monitor and meet calendar deadlines for approvals and mill executionSupport the raw material team in Asia and other locations under the guidance of the Global Product Category Lead for Sweaters Job Requirements:

　　Degree in Textile or related subjectMinimum 8 years relevant industry experience in Sweater Yarn Sourcing and Yarn DevelopmentSourcing office background is preferredExperience in Europe market is a mustExtensive knowledge of raw materials, construction, costing, macro-economic trends, and capacity planning.Strong negotiating skills in diverse cultural environmentsAbility to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentGood command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and MandarinLiterate in Microsoft office programs
