And if that's you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionThe Manager, HR Information Systems is part of a dynamic team that is responsible for the strategic planning, direction and oversight of the HR Technology function at Rockwell Automation using Workday. You will lead a team of analysts that support and maintain HR systems (primarily Workday), services and applications used across Rockwell Automation. You will play a critical role to plan, organize and coordinate the efforts of the HRIS team to support daily operations and system business processes related to the areas of Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Learning.Primary responsibilities:Research, identify and develop current and future system enhancements and solutions that meet business needs in the areas of Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Learning.Responsibility for ensuring appropriate configuration standards are followed, change procedures and controls are adhered to and work is done in alignment to support business goals.Works with the broader HR Technology team to evaluate new or enhanced system capabilities and works within and across teams to configure, assess and deliver new capability.Build and maintain strong partnership with key stakeholders in HR, IT and in the business, providing critical input to priorities of projects. Ensure, with process owners, that business needs are being met and any future initiatives are being planned for.Cultivate an on-going focus of continuous improvement and new ideas to solution topics within the team.Continuous focus on team development is critical to the roleThe Essentials: You Will Have:Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR Technology experienceLegal authorization to work in the US is required- we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job openingThe Preferred: You Might Also Have:Typically requires at minimum 5 years of Workday configuration experience in the Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Learning modules.
