The Manager, Global Sales Planning and Operations will be responsible for leading the team in a process-based approach to improve sales tools/materials to enable successful execution of key initiatives in collaboration with the Global Casino Team (North America, LATAM, EMEA, APAC). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales/customer strategies including short-term and long-term planning and the development and measurement of Annual Plans.
What you’ll do as a Manager, Sales Planning and Operations
Contact point for existing and future technology initiatives both internally and externally
Advocate/Representative for the Casino Team for companywide updates and upgrades for company shared systems
Manage Salesforce and SAP support and maintenance requests
Participate globally with other Channels (e.g. Retail) to develop and stay abreast of Group Best Practices of the CRM platform
Generate documentation to support the use of aforementioned systems specific to the Casino Team
Design and maintain reporting processes; Service and Sales Team metrics
Sales liaison for niche type customers and situations as required
Generate, review and communicate Contract Renewal reports for North American Customers to assigned Account Executive
Order entry and order editing process for Casino customers
Utilize CSR/Sales Enablement tools (such as CRM - SalesForce.com, Order Processing System, Artwork System, etc.) to execute customer service processes and centralize associated core critical communication documents to effectively pursue targets
Complies with and advises on improvements of existing and future customer service processes
Customer Retention
Demonstrated ability to anticipate customer needs
Enabling the team to maintain 99% retention rate of existing customers as measured by YoY sales $
Support the team to meet or exceed business process quality goals
Primary CSR contact for key accounts throughout North America
We’re looking for a Manager, Sales Planning and Operations with:
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
Undergraduate degree required (ex. Finance, Statistics, Math, Business Administration, Engineering)
CPG experience is a strong asset
High level of enthusiasm, accountability, and ability to achieve results, even under tough circumstances.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills (gathers critical data, translates analysis of an opportunity to a recommendation that drives results)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to function effectively as a leader and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in working with very large data sets, exceptional quantitative and analytic skills, and strong attention to detail
Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills required, and database application skills are highly preferred (i.e., SAP, Salesforce)
A high level of curiosity and professionalism when taking on new opportunities
Ability to problem solve and adapt in a fluid environment

Move throughout the entire facility to attend to various issues
Work effectively in teams across functional groups with strong communication skills and the ability to lift 35 pounds
