Description

　　Manage incoming phone calls

　　Manufacturing experience is a must!!!!

　　Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

　　Understand Microsoft word and excel

　　Receives and processes customer inquiries, request and orders via phone, email, fax and mail for a sheet metal fabrication / metal stamping plant

　　Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

　　Process order placers

　　Requirements

　　Track record of over-achieving quotaStrong phone contact handling skills and active listening

　　Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

　　Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

　　Excellent communication and presentation skills
