  Position Summary

  This position is responsible for both building and deepening relationships with new and existing La Mer consumers globally through retail experience and services. This role is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about Retail, the luxury experience, and wants to innovate and further strengthen their strategic thinking, cross functional and regional management skills. As bricks & mortar Retail re-emerges, and with new expectations from consumers, the position will give the candidate the opportunity to further evolve La Mer experience, delivering the next generation of high touch service and experience across all channels, demonstrating a luxury, phygital mindset.

  Responsibilities:

  · Leverage Global and Regional consumer insights and analytics to optimize the in store and omnichannel consumer journey, leading to traffic to store.

  · Define VM approach in omnichannel brief and drive the in-store creative assets’ request to support all NPL (New program launch) and Evergreen programs.

  · Work with SD/VM to support overall store VM units update with a consumer-centric mindset.

  · Partner with Education team to build retail experience based on power demos and service/applications.

  · Lead the creation of VM and in store support for promotional trade activations

  · Build awareness about in-store best practices across the regions and among competitors / luxuruy brands and encourage regular in-person store visits

  · Define at counter events approach in collaboration with regions and Education team evergeeen and for each launch.

  · Drive the development and roll out of a bespoke La Mer skin diagnostic tool working closely with Information Technology and key internal stakeholders.

  · Explore and lead the development of Phygital activations that will drive innovation in the brand.

  Qualifications

  Qualifications:

  § Position requires 4 years of related experience with proven success driving retail experience programs, ideally for both in-store and eventing

  § Able to proactively establish rapport, credibility and influence and drive results throughout an organization at all levels/across markets and departments

  § Strong communication skills and ability to present persuasively

  § Field experience / local market is a must

  § Analytical skills coupled with strong written and oral communication to articulate learnings

  § Innovative and creative thinking

  § Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment

  § Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills (high EQ)

  § Influencing skills (proven ability to persuade others towards an idea or goal)

  § Experience in consumer-focused luxury environment is preferred

  The anticipated base salary range for this position is $$82,500 to $$135,500. Exact salary depends on several

  factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on

  geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a

  highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance

  and company results.
