　　Performs manual and routine duties in food service and/or kitchen areas. Responsible for the preparation and replenishment of food, and for custodial duties of the dining and kitchen areas. Duties are performed under close supervision and is reviewed while in progress or upon completion. Ability to perform physically demanding activity including lifting, walking, and stooping.

　　Train others on CFA rules, procedures, and food safety.

　　Toughly clean and sanitize work station.

　　Stock, rotate, pull, and inventory food product.

　　Is able to prep and produce product to CFA standards. This includes following the “less food more often”

　　procedure.

　　Is able to work well with fellow team members.
