　　Iberia market unit – You will work within our Data & AI group, in Technology unit, close to our top clients’ needs. You will help develop their GenAI strategy and will make it happen through programs that embed intelligence in every single process along the value chain.

　　Your role:

　　What responsibilities will you have?

　　Our Data & AI professionals help clients transform their businesses to capture the AI opportunity through a comprehensive approach in Value, Technology, and People.

　　Your primary responsibility as a GenAI Manager will be to lead the delivery of multi-disciplinary client projects, with Generative AI, Data & AI at the core. You will have overall responsibility for the quality and timeliness of projects deliveries, resource management, technical support for team members and communication of the progress to the Senior Leadership Team.

　　You will also have an important role in sales and proposals, with client facing activities such as:

　　Conduct work sessions with our customers to identify opportunities on how they could capture business value using Generative AI and AI in their business processes.

　　Help align our customer’s technologists and business leads to explore the art of the possible with Generative AI and AI, and to develop a roadmap to deliver business value in the most effective way.

　　Guide our customers on a holistic approach to Generative AI, from technology platforms to operating models and business value tracking.

　　Drive complex sales opportunities from ideation, through vision building and scoping, all the way to closure and into delivery.

　　Technical Skills

　　You have:

　　Thorough knowledge and experience in Generative AI:

　　Relevant Generative AI use cases in business processes

　　GenAI Architecture and technical capabilities: Prompt engineering, model tuning strategies (RAG/embeddings, fine-tuning,…), backend (agents, orchestration, persistence…), etc.

　　GenAI foundational models: Hyperscalers (Azure, Google), and other Open Source models

　　Knowledge and experience in other Data & AI domains is desirable:

　　Machine Learning & Deep Learning and other data science skills. (NLP, CV, GenAI, RL, AVs..)

　　Data architecture, Data Management, Data Governance, Operating models…

　　Frameworks IA: Tensorflow, Pytorch, Langchain, Dialog Flow, Rasa...

　　Cloud Service IA: AWS, GCP, AZURE...

　　Microservices: Docker, Kubernetes

　　Languajes: Python, Java or R.
