Description

　　We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts Payable Clerk on a contract and contract-to-hire basis!

　　Position Overview:

　　As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and efficient financial records. You will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

　　Requirements

　　Responsibilities:

　　Process and code invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies

　　Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies

　　Prepare and process payments, including checks and electronic transfers

　　Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for payment approvals

　　Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions

　　Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes

　　Qualifications:

　　Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role

　　Solid understanding of basic accounting principles

　　Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)

　　Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

　　Strong organizational and time-management skills

　　Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure

　　Strong communication and interpersonal skills
