  The Global Retail Commercial team seeks a highly motivated self-starter to support the channel. The ideal candidate will be proactive and well-organized, an innovative thinker who demonstrates a high degree of analytical proficiency and integrity. The position requires strong foundational knowledge and experience in FP&A and Retail concepts, in addition to strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  The Manager role will oversee the financial analysis and consolidation of the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channel results and plays a key role in delivering sustainable business growth. This position is an excellent opportunity to build strong business relationships with global brand leaders and regional management and develop actionable insights.   This role will be responsible for providing strategic insights to Global Brands and Commercial Regions to drive profitability. Key roles and responsibilities:

  Establish and maintain strong business partnership with the commercial teams to promote alignment and share best practices

  Drive P&L performance optimization with recommendations on growth opportunities by partnering with Global Brands and Regional leads to develop ROI analyses and track KPIs

  Consolidate and communicate financial results and insights with Global Brands and Commercial Regions, using the financial information to provide business partners with better insight into the business performance

  Manage the execution of the Direct-to-Consumer analytics to automate reporting and developing the insights to support investment decisions

  Lead the budget and estimate process for the channel, including preparation of supporting analyses and bridges

  Support decision making and guidance for new business initiatives and other investment decisions

  Conduct in-depth account analyses, including the integration of supporting KPIs and benchmarks, to identify data anomalies, and cross-check information for analytical integrity

  Manage Panama OneSource collaboration to deliver and drive business value

  Qualifications

  Minimum Education level: Bachelors

  Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years

  The anticipated base salary range for this position is $82,500 to $135,500. Exact salary depends on several

  factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on

  geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a

  highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance

  and company results.
