Description: Lockheed Martin Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) Training and Development Team (T&D) is seeking a Summer Intern for a position in Orlando, FL. This position is to support the T&D team with analysis and maintenance of running the Early Career Development Program, preparation of Sr. Leader communications and charts, and supporting many other team training and engagement deliverables. Other assignments include assisting with F&BO organizational engagement events and an opportunity to learn Tableau with metrics tracking.

　　Actively enrolled in University/College with a focus in Business, Finance or other related degree focus.

　　Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

　　Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
