　　What success looks like in this role:

　　Role Purpose:Provide financial support (planning, reporting, analytics, modeling, etc.) to the global Cloud & Infrastructure (C&I) team within the Unisys organization. This includes direct support for the C&I leadership team.Key Responsibilities/Outcomes:Supports both the short and long-term C&I integrated planning process to create meaningful financial plans that guide the organization and drive for the achievement of financial and operational objectives. Drives efficiency and consistency through the process.Creates "what if" scenario models that support a deep understanding of how business decisions will impact the financial plan.Creates meaningful variance analysis comparing financial results with all relevant comparison points. This includes analysis of revenue, gross margins, operating expenses, cash flows, working capital, fixed assets, etc.Provides financial modeling to drive an understanding of the short and long-term financial (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) implications for significant business decisions and/or investments.Actively supports the creation of strategic and tactical plans through financial modeling, reporting and various types of analytics.Independently and at the direction of the FP&A C&I Lead, creates actionable management reporting to drive a deep understanding of financial and operational performance, including through the use of key performance indicators (KPIs). Provides the Monthly Financial Reporting Packages for C&I Business Unit.Creates visually appealing and actionable financial presentations, including Quarterly Business Reviews. Constantly improves the quality of the presentations and the relevant content.Constantly improves the financial and operational systems that are used in the creation of reporting, models and analytics. Ensures the highest quality data is being utilized..Drives their respective development and identifies opportunities to learn from more senior members of the FP&A team, through direct and indirect mentoring.Acts as the Subject Matter Expert for retrieving and using FP&A data.Creates and maintains documentation for all FP&A processes and activities.Drives automation whenever possible.

　　You will be successful in this role if you have:Key Qualifications:B.A. or B.S in finance, accounting, economics or business is required.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.A process oriented mind-set with an eye for constant improvement.Excitement about using the latest technologies supporting business/sales operations, financial planning, data visualization and analytics.Experience working with and creating financial management reports.Experience supporting a financial planning/budgeting process.Experience reporting and analyzing Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statementsExcitement about dealing with large amounts of data, summarizing it and inferring actionable plans that can be discussed by senior leadership teamsAdvanced MS Excel and PowerPoint sk lls. MS BI experience is preferred.Comfortable in a dynamic and changing organization. Embraces the opportunities that change can bring.Experience with Hyperion HFM and Hyperion Planning preferredMust be a United States Citizen or have permanent resident status
