Position Responsibilities Provide level 2support / troubleshooting of desktop and laptop hardware. Setup andmaintain printers, computers, audio / visual and mobile devices. Installand maintain hardware, software, peripheral equipment, network cablingand cables at workstations and data cabinets. Maintain accounts andpermissions, including responding to and resolving user supportrequests. Perform inventory audits and manage equipment check-ins.Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor\'sdegree preferred. 2+ years of prior experience supporting PCs andprinters preferred. A+ and / or MCSA Certification preferred.Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows and Office, Active Directory and WMSsupport devices. Provide on-call support on a rotational basis.
