　　Job Summary:

　　This individual is responsible for all aspects of financial analysis for the respective Solution Center. The individual supports the annual planning process, and any mid-year financial forecasts, analyzes financial information, and prepares accurate and timely financial reports. The individual also manages a team of financial analysts.

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Plan, organize, and coordinate the planning and forecasting processes for the Solution Center

　　Ensure the integrity of the Solution Center’s financial information

　　Supervise other financial analysts within the Solution Center

　　Provide financial and analytical support to the executive teams

　　Provide timely, relevant, and accurate analysis of the results against historical, planned and forecasted results to facilitate decision making

　　Understand and monitor the key operating metrics of the Solution Center and provide management with analysis to improve operating metrics

　　Demonstrate insightful use of financial analysis techniques, tools, and concepts to provide practical counsel to company managers in order to drive business results

　　Prepare financial and operational processes and provide recommendations for improvement resulting in increased efficiencies and cost savings

　　Prepare and provide guidance for financial information in quarterly Board packages

　　Perform ad hoc or specific “what if” analysis as needed

　　Compile daily, weekly, and monthly revenue files and reports as well as rate volume reports for distribution to management.

　　Perform period-end close for multiple Solution Center reporting entities, including journal entries and P&L analysis.

　　Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts in a timely manner and research reconciling items.

　　Develop, prepare, and analyze customer reports for margin or other parameters as requested by management.

　　Process and audit expense reports and other miscellaneous expenses.

　　Review and approve vendor invoices.

　　Monitor, control, audit, research and resolve legacy and corporate internal and interface financial system issues to ensure the integrity of financial data.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　5+ years in the Transportation Industry

　　Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

　　CPA certified

　　Understanding of general Accounting principles, Data analysis, research experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills
