　　General Description (SUMMARY, Scope, Purpose)

　　The Manager, Escrow Services will support the team at our HUB Financial Services (HFS) operation in the Las Colinas area of Irving, TX. It is expected to demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills. This position is responsible for insurance escrow payment setup, disbursements, and analysis related to that process. Must be able to work in a team environment and is expected to ensure the disbursement service exceeds client expectations.

　　ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Oversee the escrow payment process across several accounts and look for opportunities to maximize efficiencies and increase performance standards. Effectively present escrow policies, procedures and recommendations as needed.

　　Review, analyze, and enhance reporting for escrow advances and fee research.

　　Perform quality review functions in all aspects of the escrow pay process.

　　Assess company and client needs through receipt of information, research of loan history and account-specific data.

　　Collaborates with Compliance team to educate, retain and maintain a working knowledge of escrow servicing regulations to remain compliant with Federal, State and agency specific guidelines.

　　Works with accounting department and other business partners to ensure disbursement process functions as efficiently as possible.

　　Thoroughly understands forced placed certificates, procedures, and consequences of not following the correct and timely processes and/or procedures.

　　Manage team of escrow specialists/processors.

　　Assist with managing account level payee tables and data exchange related to escrow transactions.

　　Work with HFS management team on Escrow disbursement projects to provide internal and external client support.

　　Scope, test, and implement escrow related process improvement initiatives.

　　MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

　　Detail oriented

　　Escrow analysis and financial institutions experience

　　Requires a working knowledge of Windows computer environment & Office software

　　Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

　　Prior P&C Insurance, Mortgage, or Forced Placed Insurance related experience

　　Requires a high school diploma or equivalent

　　Skills testing may be required prior to an interview

　　Licensing or certification Requirements

　　None required
