This individual will have at least 2-3 years of restaurant cooking experience and have a team oriented mindset, along with strong leadership qualities, organizational skills, the ability to accurately follow recipes, and possess a strong desire for cleanliness in their surroundings.<p>Be a part of a structured, growing company that puts high emphasis on creating the ideal work environment. Ideally, this candidate will learn our system under the guide of our current leaders and grow into a management position.<p>This position is full time, Thursday-Monday evenings. Service hours are 2-9pm. Prep before service may be necessary some days. Weekend work required.Wage is base pay +tips, currently totaling $25-$30+ an hour. Base pay starting at $17.00 per hour.<p>In order to be considered as a candidate for this position you must:<li> Have 2-3 years of professional cooking experience<li>Hold high standards for food quality and freshness<li> Be a team player<li>Approach management as a motivator and coach to build your team up around you<li>Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage inventory<li> Be able to lift 60lb<li> Be able to stand on your feet the entire shift<li> Have reliable transportation<li>Thrive in a fast paced environment<li> Value food safety guidelines<p>Tasks:<li>Cook and prepare toppings for tacos, accurately following company recipes<li> Prepare orders for guests in a timely manner<li> Manage inventory by preparing weekly food orders and prep items<li> create staffing schedules<li> Wash dishes as needed<li> Keep all stations, kitchen, and food storage areas clean and organized to high sanitary standards.<li> Provide exceptional customer service<li> Collaborate with fellow team members to keep services running smoothly
