We are looking for a seasoned Earned Value Management (EVM) Specialist (Manager, Program Cost Controls) who will share responsibility for the oversight and management of EVMS for a portion of the Collins Aerospace business unit within Raytheon Technologies (RTX). The position is a resource for the Mission Systems (MS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and encourages the use of EVM as a program management resource to our SBU's and interfaces with Program Managers, Business Managers, and Control Account Managers, as well as Mission Systems (MS) EVMS communities and outside customers.

What You Will Do​

Ensure compliance with all required corporate, department, and government policies/regulations

Understand EVM training gaps and provide solutions

Attend program meetings and evaluate EVM data to nurture understanding

Encourage standard processes and resources across programs

Support effective completion of Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSRs) and Internal Surveillance Reviews (ISRs)

Assist in the successful deployment of EVM resources

Participate and help cultivate solutions for company initiatives

Review and audit EVM deliverables on programs

Train influence/nurture program team members to develop EVM maturity and improve processes.

Partner with Program teams to meet and manage EVM requirements

Work in a complex matrix environment and be accountable for all EVMS compliance for the programs supported within the business, as well as training, communications, resources deployment and program assessments.

Qualifications You Must Have

Practical experience in applications of EVMS and Cost / Schedule Integration and thorough knowledge of Government EVM reporting compliance

Experience in Training and Process Improvement

Experience with EVM resources (i.e. wInsight, SAP, MPM, forProject)

Advanced Excel skills

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements ​

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with SAP EV, MPM, PMX, PRISM MRP

Experience in Program Controls and/or Finance Analysis

Familiarity with Raytheon EVMS Tools and Processes

Experience with development of training material

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
