　　Remote Business Finance Analyst with Supervisory Experience

　　Do you have strong leadership skills and experience in Financial and Data Analysis? Do you want to be part of a company helping to make a difference in individuals’ lives? As part of the finance team, you will help this company serve others by leading the AR team and performing analytics for the operations and finance departments.

　　Support the finance and operations department by pulling and analyzing data, reports, and statements

　　Assist team through barriers

　　Utilize data to summarize analysis and make recommendations for staffing, census, cost allocations, revenue and expenses

　　Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and budgeting/forecasting

　　Work with AR, AP, and GL Shared Service Center to ensure Iowa's Financial Reports accurately reflect performance monthly, quarterly, and annually

　　Assist with key performance indicators, projects, spend rate, audit and cost reporting

　　Support internal and external audits

　　Qualifications:

　　2-3 years of related experience in analytics preferred

　　Some supervisory experience needed

　　Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivots, VLookups, Index Match, (VBA helpful)

　　Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task

　　Ability to hold internal and external sources accountable

　　Solution-focused mindset

　　Exceptional attention to detail and communication/follow-through skills

　　Oracle EPM and Hyperion (Ad Hoc Analysis) experience a plus

　　Experience with Iowa's Managed Care Organizations (MCO) a plus
