　　Main Tasks:

　　Safety and Compliance Coordination

　　Together with TDS, coordinate all safety & compliance programs with LSP and distribution warehouses to ensure their compliance with BASF safety standards and SOP requirements, including the support for emergency response and business continuity plan.DDS Optimization

　　Together with TM and DNM leaders, lead the mid-long term logistics resource planning and preparation proactively to support Great China BU growth requirement

　　Together with the TM and DNM leaders, Lead the optimization plan for existing domestic transport and distribution warehouses(DNM) profiles, including the business process, portfolio, spend profile, etc

　　Together with BU supply chain, explore the opportunities to improve current supply chain model, cycle time and inventory level, in order to maximize cash flow contribution to Company.

　　Coordinating with BU Supply chain and TM & DNM team, lead the efforts of NCM analysis and improvement actions implementation to minimize similar NCM in future operation.

　　Logistics Solutions

　　Support Sr Mgr of DDS &SSC to define and design the logistics solution for new business requirement, such as battery material transport solution, etc.

　　Working with BU supply chain and LSP’s, explore new solutions(like mutil transport model, consolidation, etc) for existing operations.

　　Acting as the focal point, explore and leverage best practice(including digital solutions) from industry to BASF Great China DDS operation.

　　New Contract Set Up & Management of Change(MoC)

　　Lead and ensure proper LSP startup/change over for new business or contract change

　　Lead contract handover and clarification between procurement, BU and service providers

　　Convert contract requirement to establish internal and external process and documents ( e.g. LSP’s SOP, working instruction or other documents)

　　Act as the key contact window to secure proper resources for BASF by co-working with procurement

　　By escalation from DDS of resources shortage, coordinate within selective LSPs or procurement team to quickly resume the operation

　　Reporting &Hub Coordination

　　Develop fit for purpose dashboard and analysis reports for DDS team, and monitor the track periodically, with identification of improvement initiatives.

　　Act as the focal point for Great China DDS, coordinate with Malaysia Hub on regional reports, P2P process, freight cost monitoring, health check, or other operation excellence initiatives. Continuously push for pending items close

　　Coordinate the knowledge sharing and best practices sharing between China and regional hub.

　　DNM management(Operational)

　　Support DNM leader to define DNM service providers’ tiers and conduct proper service review

　　Monitor DNM service KPI and initiate necessary improvement

　　Support DNM leader to manage the annual stock of DNM warehouse to ensure stock accuracy

　　Requirements:

　　Education:

　　Bachelor degree or above in Chemical or logistics, supply chain. A MBA degree or Supply chain related certificate (CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.Working Experience:

　　10+ years working experience in logistics or supply chain; Working experience in chemical industry preferred. Experience on change management , operation excellence is a plus.Technical & Professional Knowledge:

　　Fluent in written and verbal English is a must; Skillful in lean process and data mining; Experience in SAP operation/TMS/WMS is a plus.

　　A clear knowledge of Transport & Distribution Safety (TDS) is preferred

　　Strong communication and collaboration skills on a multi-national level

　　Strategic thinking, strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills are essential

　　Self leadership and can do attitude
