Position Summary:

　　Responsible for leading system implementations for Reimbursement, Revenue Integrity and Decision Support. Assists in coordination of the hospital’s reimbursement functions and implements and manages a strategic financial planning process.

　　Additionally, assists and aids in the preparation of the hospital’s budget and reimbursement model responsible for managing daily functions of the reimbursement staff.

　　Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

　　Plans and administers directly, and through subordinate supervisory personnel, the effective management and delivery of system implementations for Reimbursement, Revenue Integrity, and Decision Support.

　　Identifies reporting inconsistencies and develops standardized reports to provide leadership with consistent data for decision making purposes.

　　Completes system reconciliations daily to ensure reporting is accurate.

　　Researches and keeps abreast of third-party regulations and changes, providing analytical support through financial impact summarization.

　　Provides reimbursement analysis support for new product line development, and for current product line analysis on an ongoing basis.

　　Qualifications:

　　Required:

　　Highschool diploma or equivalent

　　15 years of IT experience related to healthcare

　　finance

　　3 years leadership experiencePreferred:

　　Bachelors of Business Administration or Mastersof Business Administration (MBA)
