　　Emerging Technology Group (ETG) is ServiceNow's DT internal incubation group. Being customer zero for ServiceNow products we ensure the products works for us internally and delivers value as it gets in hands of our customers. With AI everywhere we are responsible for advance technology services which cuts across the enterprise like Search, Conversational Interfaces, Automation, and helping our DT developers to be productivity to build enterprise grade products on ServiceNow Platform.

　　What you will be doingLead & Manage the team of high performing engineer to drive the delivery of Virtual Agent applications as customer zeroSupport senior program manager and/or product managers across the entire project lifecycle to deliver critical programs for Service Now initiatives.Work and collaborate directly with Product Managers, Product Design, & Development Teams to build new features and improve adoption on existing features.Build familiarity with scrum process and willingness to contribute to team deliverables.Understand product strategy that sets us up for successResearch and collect product requirements from key buyer audiences and end-users to determine areas of opportunity for product enhancements.Oversee the product or project timeline, deadlines, milestones as it is being built by development/engineering and communicate with stakeholders to keep them updated.Contribute to the complete product lifecycle, from researching market needs and competition, analyzing customer data, writing product requirements, and delivering product features to market.Understand the technical and business impacts of product decisions that inform trade-off decisions to optimize against product delivery and customer value.Create best practice and adoption content to help round the core productQualifications

　　Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering or Mathematics or equivalent experience10+ years of software development experience2+ years of experience managing project delivery and engineersDeep curiosity about customer needs, along with building customer relationships and delivering high value solutions.Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities.Passion for engaging with an ecosystem that can help grow and scale a product.Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap.Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills and a proven process of data-validated, hypothesis-driven, experiment-tested decisions.Experience or awareness with Agile and the Software Development Lifecycle.Strategic mindset: able to drive product strategy that achieves substantial customer value and business outcomes; able to make trade-off decisions considering what's desirable, viable, and technically feasible.Preferred: experience working with developers and designers to craft delightful customer experiences in a highly collaborative environment.Experience with Agile and the Software Development LifecyclePreferred: ServiceNow Platform Development experience.We provide competitive compensation, generous benefits, and an exciting, start-up atmosphere.
